| 内容記述 | This paper examines trends and issues related to the educational system, practices related to the participation of children with illnesses and inclusive community promotion in Japan, mainly in regular schools. As an initiative of local governments, the national government is called upon to provide institutional support and development in terms of systems and finance, including for the transition process, in order to respect regional discretion and respond to region-specific issues, while avoiding disparities among local governments. Furthermore, with regard to systems and practices that develop an inclusive community, considering links with the education system, support systems for persons with disabilities, and the system as a whole, systematic education that does not isolate persons with disabilities from childhood needs to be developed. |
